- Cuocere il riso sfumandolo con un brodo leggero fatto con sale ed erbe aromatiche da mantenere sempre caldo
- A fine cottura mantecare con abbondante pecorino grattugiato
- Aggiungere succo di Limone
- Mescolare bene
- Impiattare decorando con scorza di Limone e pepe
